Tale the Twelfth

Posted on July 25, 2008September 26, 2008 by Thurman Blizzard

Watahiwa Fabukisan.  “My name is Blizzard.”  I’ll tell you how I thought I learned my name in Japanese, then how I learned my real name.  I will mostly talk about my trips to Tachikawa, Tokyo and Fusamachi.  All good things come to an end and I was transferred to Korea.  I was also transferred to a B-26, which was a scary transition.

About the author, Thurman Blizzard

I was born in 1933 so I've seen a lot of changes in my lifetime, both good and not so good. Now, I don’t think the “good old days” were necessarily better, but they surely were different. If you have a few minutes, I’d like to tell you a story or two.
