Good interview. Even if I had not read Stackpole’s work I could tell he was a writer, who else would try and justify a gratuitous nude scene of himself saying the steam was good for a book? The mention of Conan did trigger a memory I had suppressed, Conan the live-action TV series. Had to watch 2 episodes of Cleopatra 2525 to counter-nuke the memory of that show.
